Schlumberger Technology Graduate Trainee is seeking for a motivated, organized, and methodical Field Engineer Trainee and Field Specialist Trainee to join our SLB team.
The Field Engineer Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Field Engineer Trainee identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
The Field Specialist Trainee receives intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, safety, and client interaction. Responsibilities and skill development vary widely according to business line but consist of both formal technical training courses and hands-on experience. Progression is structured through a formal career development program.
Eligibility Requirements for 2024 Schlumberger Technology Graduate Trainee Program:
To be considered for the Schlumberger Technology Graduate Trainee Program applicants must:
- Field Engineer Trainee
- Willing to travel to offshore/onshore locations for work.
- Must have minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Can work in a high-pressure environment, learn quickly and adapts to new problems and situations.
- Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Field Specialist Trainee
- Must have minimum 3 year diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

- Solid hands-on electronics or mechanical background essential.
- Able to follow directions and company policies including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and procedures.
